Functions:
Determines needs and specify part accurately
Creates and modifies purchase orders and issues to the appropriate vendor to order parts
Records warranty parts returned
Creates special ordered parts on the dealership computer system and notifies ASM, Technician, or client upon receipt
Reviews special order parts tracking
Processes and closes open invoices
Performs on-going inventories
Attends weekly department meetings
Ability to work some Saturdays
Can effectively communicate with all other departments in the dealership
Reports to the Parts Manager
*Pay range is based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
