    Nick joined the team as a Client Advisor in Service, then Assistant Manager and now he is the Manager of the department. He can't pin-point his favorite client experience because he feels just one special moment would be unfair to all the others. He handles every situation with a personal touch and care.

    A fun fact about him is that he can grow one awesome beard!

    Kevyn joined our team as an Assistant in our Quick Service Lane and has since moved up to be one of our Client Advisors in Service. He has truly learned so much about the industry through the years! Kevyn is Bilingual and able to speak Spanish as well.

    Denis is the type of person who will go out of his way to make sure that each client leaves with smiles on their face. One of his most memorable experiences was staying two hours after closing to ensure a client's car was finished so they could make their vacation. They were thrilled and grateful.


    Denis was not always from the East Coast. He grew up in The Centennial State, Colorado. During his free time, he enjoys being in the outdoors.

    Cari is such a people person she loves being able to interact with our clients. She enjoys just getting to talk to them, see how their day is going. Even if some aren't having a good day, she likes getting the opportunity to make it a little better.


    In her free time, she is a hairstylist, likes to go to the gym, and loves good music. You can find her jamming out to a live band. A fun fact is that she is named after her two Grandmothers, Catherine Ann. Her mother nicknamed her Cari.

    Stephen goes above and beyond for his clients. He is always willing to help a client in need, no matter what the circumstance is. A story that he will never forget was one night a client came in to get her vehicle serviced and had no way of getting home. There were no more loaner vehicles available, so Stephen decided to go out of his way to make sure he drove her personally to the local rental shop and made sure she was able to get a car to get home. 


    He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking up a nice meal, or playing with his little Teacup Yorkie and Pomsky. He also enjoys being active while playing hockey with his friends. He enjoys getting out in the sun, sitting lakeside fishing. On a beautiful warm day, you can catch him taking a journey on his motorcycle.

    Stephanie has the pleasure of overseeing our Rental Department where we maintain an entire fleet of new Model Lincolns for our clients. In addition to that, she makes sure all of our Service clientele have a good experience with our Pick-Up & Delivery services.

    Her favorite experience was when one of her clients was pregnant with her first baby and she surprised her with a special gift. When the client picked up her Lincoln she saw that there was a baby gift on her front seat. She was so surprised and happy from this gesture that she was crying from excitement!

    In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys taking up barre classes to clear her mind and build strength. Although she doesn't do it daily, she knows how to drive a stick shift car. Fun fact, she can actually write not only sideways but upside down as well!

    Zucchi is a big part of our Pick-up & Delivery team. One of his favorite memories was dropping a loaner off for a Client and teaching her the ins & outs of our technology. He paired her phone with the vehicle, and she was utterly shocked by how much she could do in Apple Car-Play. 


    On his time off, he enjoys going out to lounges to show off his dancing skills. He also enjoys getting involved in sports, whether it's watching on TV, or jumping into a friendly game to stay active, he loves it! You can also find him digging into History and learning more about the past.

  • Arturo Linares-Vargas, Valet

    One of his favorite client experiences is when a client returned a loaner vehicle and picked up his car from service but had a hard time leaving the loaner because it was the All-New Lincoln Corsair. He was so excited to be driving the new model, he admired the design and expressed how beautiful the new Lincoln lineup is. He was so happy to drive to work in the loaner so he can turn heads down the road.


    You can catch him playing his guitar, learning new songs, or jamming out with his musician friends. He loves being around music and making music. He likes to record himself playing covers of his favorite songs, as well as making some originals. Nothing has been put out to the public yet - but keep your eye open! He's going to be the next big thing! 


    He doesn't have a favorite quote, but he does have a go-to poem.
